GENERAL POLICY

Is the product you received not suitable? Before INITIATING YOUR RETURN online, carefully read the following conditions to determine if your return is eligible and complies with our policy.

✔️To initiate a return, you must respect a 14-day period after the order date. For example, if you place an order on October 1st and wish to make a return, you must initiate the online process no later than October 15th.

✔️When you receive your return label, please print it no later than 28 days and complete the return. After this period, please note that the return will no longer be valid.

✔️The returned item must be in its original condition with the price tag still attached. It must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Please note that damaged or stained clothing cannot be refunded, even if it meets the above criteria.

✔️All items purchased during a special event or a limited-time promotion of 20% or less are refundable, based on the purchase price.

❌For hygiene reasons, socks are not refundable.

❌For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be tried on while keeping your underwear on. Any garment with a protective strip inside cannot be refunded if the sticker is no longer in place.

❌All promotions of 30% or more, Two-for-one promotions, special promotions, and sale items with prices ending in $0.99, as well as products in the clearance section, are final sale and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

INITIATE A RETURN

By clicking on the link above, you will be quickly and easily guided through the return process. Have your order number (the letters KSL followed by 6 numbers, e.g., KSL123456) and your email address ready.

It's easy; in just a few steps, you'll receive a prepaid return label that you can print and affix to your return package. Please note that it is important to include your invoice in the return package. Finally, please note that all returns must be made by mail. No products can be returned directly to our offices in Bromont, QC.

Applicable Fees

A return fee of $9.00 will be applied and deducted from your refund for each order number and per shipment. To facilitate the return process, we suggest not including multiple orders in the same package. Please note that you will receive one return label per order number.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow approximately 5 to 15 business days for processing your return. Once your return has been processed and accepted, allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be issued. Please note that this processing time varies depending on your financial institution and is beyond our control.

Refunds will be issued via the payment method used at the time of ordering. If you used multiple payment methods (e.g., credit card and Spread Your Wings gift card), the system will refund each payment method proportionally. It is therefore important to keep your gift card number until you are certain you will keep the items.

EXCHANGES

Due to high order volume, exchanges are not permitted. If you wish to purchase a new size, you must initiate a return and then make a new purchase, subject to availability.

Promotions or discounts active during the initial transaction cannot be applied to the new purchase if they are no longer available on the deploietesailes.com website.
